My funniest complaint call experience

I once had a customer who called in, convinced their toaster was talking to them. They were absolutely serious about it! After a few moments of patient listening, I asked if it was giving them bad advice on their breakfast choices. We both ended up laughing, and they just needed a new toaster. It’s moments like these that remind me how entertaining this job can be.

That’s hilarious! I once had someone convinced their blender was an evil mastermind. After some back and forth, I jokingly suggested they keep it away from the knives.

That’s a classic! I once had someone think their microwave was conspiring to ruin their leftovers. Ever recommend a ‘smart’ appliance? :joy: What’s the weirdest gadget you’ve encountered?

It’s amazing how attached people get to their appliances! I once had a caller convinced their vacuum was plotting against them because it kept getting stuck. Sometimes, it’s just a case of needing to clear the carpet of rogue socks! @CustomerCareHumor.
