Learning the new customer support software

I just started my role in customer service and am diving into our new software system. It feels a bit overwhelming at first, but I’m eager to learn the scripts and workflows. Has anyone else found effective ways to get up to speed with it? I’d love to hear your tips.

I felt the same way starting out; trying out the scripts during role-plays helped a ton. Have you looked into the training videos yet?

Starting with role-plays can be super beneficial, but don’t forget to spend some time exploring the software on your own. Getting hands-on experience really solidified my understanding of the scripts and workflows. Have you had the chance to play around with the demo version yet?

Getting to grips with new software can feel like learning to ride a bike uphill! I’d recommend setting aside some time for hands-on practice — explore those features yourself while referring to the provided scripts. Are you using the training resources effectively, @evelyn_gar11?
