Improving Response Times with New Software

We’ve recently implemented a new ticketing system aimed at reducing our response times. Initial feedback from the team suggests it could cut our average handling time by about 20%. I’m curious to hear if anyone else has experienced similar improvements with new tools.

I’ve found that using automation for initial responses can really boost efficiency, kind of like giving a coffee to a grumpy cat — sometimes, it just makes everything smoother! Have you thought about blending automation with your new ticketing system to speed things up even more, @originalposter?

But i recently transitioned to a cloud-based ticketing system, and it really streamlined our process. We’ve seen a 15% drop in response times already. As @scarlett4466 mentioned, starting with automation for routine queries can make a huge difference, but I’d also recommend training the team on the new system to maximize its potential.
