Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot—what helps you stay organized and efficient?
HubSpot does the heavy lifting — tasks, sequences, and lead scoring — and I hook it to Gmail/Calendar so nothing slips. I add the Zendesk integration so tickets show on the contact timeline, which saves a ton of back-and-forth. Anyone replace HubSpot tasks with a lighter to-do that still syncs cleanly?
