I appreciate the quick locks when things get spicy - it does prevent pile-ons - but lately a few support threads have been auto-closed mid-resolution after 2-3 reports, leaving the OP stuck until staff can reopen. Could we raise the threshold or pause auto-lock when a mod is already active in the thread, so we keep things calm without cutting off the fix?
